When you are tired of carrying it alone
Sometimes the struggle is hard to explain.
You may be functioning on the outside while feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, frustrated, numb, or stuck on the inside. You may notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships, work, emotions, choices, or sense of self.
Individual counselling gives you a confidential space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what is happening.
It is not about being told what to do. It is about understanding yourself more honestly, recognising the patterns that have shaped you, and finding more helpful ways to respond to life, relationships, stress, and change.
Individual counselling may help if you are experiencing:
- Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
- Relationship difficulties
- Repeated personal patterns
- Low confidence or self-doubt
- Anger, resentment, guilt, or shame
- Life transitions or difficult decisions
- Grief, loss, or emotional pain
- Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself
- A need for deeper self-understanding
How I work with individuals
My approach is practical, reflective, and relational. We look at what is happening now, but also at the deeper needs, beliefs, emotional patterns, and relationship dynamics that may be influencing your experience.
Often, what feels like “the problem” is actually a signal. Anxiety, shutdown, anger, overthinking, people-pleasing, or avoidance may all point to something that needs to be understood rather than simply judged.
Counselling gives you a space to slow down, connect the dots, and begin choosing different responses.
Invitation
If you are tired of repeating the same internal or relational patterns, individual counselling can help you understand what is happening and take your next step with more clarity.
