How much worry and anxiety do you have in your life? Many people operate under the fallacy that worrying is productive. However, our worries have no impact on the rest of the world. No one has ever worried away bad weather or a faulty automobile transmission. As much as we like to think that all the time and energy we put into worrying is helpful, it’s not. Anxiety is a major cause of many emotional and physical ailments. Anxiety and worry are a major cause of unhappiness and poor health. Anxiety is also incredibly common.
